Valerie, and her amazing kitchen of delicious delights, is an incredible chef with a sparkling spirit who makes every meal a masterpiece. We recently had her cater a fabulous birthday dinner at our home, and she was collaborative and thoughtful about crafting the menu. She even provided wine pairings with every course.
We’ve also hired her to teach a cooking class in our kitchen, and we’ve ordered countless meals from her monthly specials. Valerie brings her world-class experience to every occasion, and her talent and panache make every experience a delight. We can’t wait to have her back!
