Our Classes

Whether you are interested in one-on-one instruction, or a group class with friends and family (maximum 6 people), you can customize your experience by selecting the length of your session and the dishes to be cooked.

 

Service includes lesson planning, digital or paper recipes, instruction, and cleanup.
Time is approximate depending on your own cooking skills.
Most recipes can be adjusted to meet your dietary needs.

I can also do the grocery shopping for you for a fee of $50 per hour.

A French Escapade

This is a 2 hour class where you can choose a selection of 3 dishes: an entree, a side dish, and your choice of appetizer or dessert. Create your personal class by choosing here what you would like to cook.

Private or semi-private class: 1 to 2 person(s): $120 per person, plus the cost of ingredients.

Group class: 3 to 6 people: $330 session, plus cost of ingredients.

A Journey in France

In this 3 hour class you will be able to create and cook a full 4 course menu: You may choose here one appetizer, one entree, a side dish, and a dessert or suggest something that you would like to prepare.

Private or semi-private class: 1 to 2 person(s): $180 per person, plus cost of ingredients.

Group class: 3 to 6 people: $480 per session, plus cost of ingredients.

Croquembouche Atelier

3 to 4 hour atelier, depending on your skills and number of participants

4 people maximum

$195 per person, all ingredients included. Each participant will make his or her own small croquembouche to take home. (8-10 portions)

Booking is final when payment is received.
50% refund if cancellation is received within 2 business days before class.
Full refund if cancellation is received within 3 days business day or more of class.
