Thin slices of beef sautéed with onions & mushroom, and finished with a sour cream and Dijon mustard sauce. Served with fettuccine. The beef is made gluten free and you have the option of gluten free noodles as well.

Reheating Instructions:

Thank you for ordering with Valerie’s French Kitchen! Please find below a few simple instructions to enjoy your meals to their fullest

All dishes are fully cooked, unless specified, and can be stored in your refrigerator (or freezer) until you are ready to enjoy them. Meals will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer. The instructions below assume that the food was stored in your fridge. If it is at room temperature you may reduce the heating time. If the meals are frozen it is best to thaw them in the fridge overnight prior to reheating.

Because it was stored in the fridge before delivery, the fettuccine may have slightly thickened up, they will loosen up again once reheated.

Beef Stroganoff: Preheat the oven to 350F. Keep the beef in the aluminum pan with the cover on and place in the oven for 15 min or more until it reaches the desired temperature.

Fettuccine: The stove top best method. Tip the fettuccine in a roomy pan and heat under medium/low heat stirring every few minutes to detach the fettuccine. Because they were stored in the fridge they may stick together a bit, so feel free to add a couple of tbsp of water when heating them up. When the desired temperature is reached, serve right away with the beef.
