All dishes are fully cooked, unless specified, and can be stored in your refrigerator (or freezer) until you are ready to enjoy them. Meals will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer. The instructions below assume that the food was stored in your fridge. If it is at room-temperature you may reduce the heating time. If the meals are frozen it is best to thaw them in the fridge overnight prior to reheating.
Stove top: Transfer to a roomy sauce pan and heat up for 5 to 10 min stirring regularly so it does not attach to the bottom of the pan. When the desired temperature is reached, serve in individual plates and sprinkle with the feta cheese.
Microwave: Transfer in a microwave proof bowl and heat individual portions 1 to 2 minutes at a time until desired temperature is reached. Sprinkle with the feta cheese.
