Reheating Instructions:

Thank you for ordering with Valerie’s French Kitchen! Please find below a few simple instructions to enjoy your meals to their fullest.

All dishes are fully cooked, unless specified, and can be stored in your refrigerator (or freezer) until you are ready to enjoy them. Meals will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer. The instructions below assume that the food was stored in
your fridge. If it is at room temperature you may reduce the heating time. If the meals are frozen it is best to thaw them in the fridge overnight prior to reheating.

Oven: The fish cakes are fully cooked. Preheat the oven at 350F and reheat the fish cakes until warm and crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
The potatoes and green beans can be reheated together with the fish cakes in the oven, or in the microwave, one minute at a time.
