Description
Fig Tart with fresh figs slightly cooked in butter and honey and baked on a puff pastry. Finished with a mix of pistachios, almonds, pine nuts and balsamic vinegar. A subtle balance of sweet and sour in this Provence-inspired dessert. Served with homemade vanilla Chantilly (whipped cream).
