Description
Indulge in the French tradition of the Epiphany! The French eat this galette throughout January to celebrate the Epiphany – the day the Three Kings (les rois) visited the infant Jesus.
A delicate homemade almond frangipane tucked between two circles of puffed pastry. Each galette comes with a crown and has a trinket, called a fève* baked into it. If your slice has the fève, you get the crown and the right to be king or queen for the day and, pick your king or queen!
*For safety reasons the trinket hidden in your galette is an almond.
