All dishes are fully cooked, unless specified, and can be stored in your refrigerator (or freezer) until you are ready to enjoy them. Meals will last 4-5 days in the refrigerator, and up to 6 months in the freezer. The instructions below assume that the food was stored in your fridge. If it is at room temperature you may reduce the heating time. If the meals are frozen it is best to thaw them in the fridge overnight prior to reheating.
Stove top: Transfer the soup into a saucepan. Gently reheat over medium /low heat for 3 to 5 minutes or until the desired temperature is reached. Stir a couple times to ensure the soup is evenly warmed up.
Microwave: Transfer in a microwave proof bowl and heat 1 minute at a time until desired temperature is reached.
