I was born in the South of France, in a small town just north of Toulouse, and grew up surrounded by the vibrant flavors of French and Mediterranean cuisine. From an early age, I was inspired by the daily cooking of my mother and grandmothers, whose meals were always fresh, healthy, and made with love.

After studying foreign languages in college, I followed my passion for hospitality and earned a degree in hotel management from the renowned Lycée Hôtelier Lesdiguières in Grenoble. Though I spent part of my childhood in the Ivory Coast, my adult life has taken me across the globe, including France, Switzerland, Austria, the U.S., the U.K., and Singapore. These experiences have deeply enriched my culinary style, blending classic roots with global flavors.

Today, I work as a Personal Chef and event caterer, specializing in:

  • Customized seated dinners and cocktail parties
  • Personalized healthy meals for busy clients
  • Private and group cooking classes in-home

I’m committed to food safety, nutrition, and continuous learning. I hold a current Food Safety Manager Certification (Minnesota) and am a proud member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA).
