“I’ve had the pleasure of attending many of the French cooking classes with Valerie as our chef and instructor. I’ve taken many other cooking classes but I’ve enjoyed attending Valerie’s classes far and beyond. The class size is relatively small so you are assured of hands-on participation. Valerie is great about asking for questions from her would-be cooks and providing sensible answers. She uses only high quality ingredients along with fresh meat and produce. She also provides each student with their own copy of the recipes being used for that class. We all go home with lots of goodies to savor and enjoy.”
