I was excited to find Valerie for my wife’s 60th birthday dinner. My wife wanted to be in Paris for her birthday, but Covid-19 had other plans. After doing a ton of research and reading the Edina magazine article, Valerie came to cook my wife’s 60th birthday dinner. Every thing was great; the food, the set up and the clean up. Valerie only wants to make the occasion memorable. Have the Croquembouche, the special stacked cream puff desert… amazing!
