Valerie recently taught a class to residents of the Avidor apartment community. Her class was dynamic, fun, and full of really good food.  Valerie did a great “quiches and pies” class… and all the dishes coked were simply delicious! Valerie accomplished all of this within the parameters of social distancing. I can’t wait to see her next class!
