“We had a large grad party for 200. It was quite an undertaking and Valerie did a superb job! She was so great to work with from initial planning, to on-going communication leading up to our event, to all of the day of event preparation and activities. We had also requested a special dessert which was very labor intensive, a croquembouche, not one, but two, for our graduating seniors. They were the hit of the party and so different than anything else you see. We had lots of compliments from our guests about everything. It was all so yummy. Best part yet is that it was also quite reasonably priced. It was truly a joy to work with Valerie and she made our event a memorable occasion. Hats off to Valerie!”
