She just recently catered my corporate cocktail party in a penthouse suite without onsite kitchen and yet managed to serve outstanding various hors d’oeuvres, cheese selection, charcuterie platters and desserts. Presentation was impeccable, sophisticated and on top of that everything tasted so good, down to home made Mini Olive Madeleines and herb sables (short bread cookies) so unique!
