My wife and I just want to make sure you know how much we enjoyed the Thanksgiving meal you prepared for us. The turkey (you were right – the skin was amazing), Brussels sprouts, the salad with the wonderful dressing, all of it was just great right down to our walnut tart and ice cream.  It gave us a treat on this Covid Thanksgiving when we were sad not to be able to be with our family.
