I dream of the day when I can try Valerie’s cooking “live,” but until then her takeout is a wonderful option. Just tried her special Valentine’s 2021 Dinner. Everything was excellent, with so many special details, plus very clear instructions for reheating.
The “apéritif” nibbles were lovely. Buckwheat crêpe “samosas” with smoked salmon were unique and luscious. I think these were my favorite. “Fusion cuisine” at its best.
Portions are generous: while sold as a dinner for two, the three adults in my household were more than satisfied, and the only thing I added was a bit more salad. Great “rapport qualité-prix” (value for money). Will order again.
