Valerie catered a wedding reception dinner at my home for 14 people. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. Valerie prepared a Salmon with Vermouth Shallot and butter sauce which melted in our mouths. Beautiful little appetizers before the meal were a hit as well. My guests loved their food and more importantly so did the Bride!

Valerie has been great to work with. The planning and the execution of the meal were flawless. I did not have to pay attention to anything going on in my kitchen, the food appeared with a lovely presentation.
