I met Valerie at a wine tasting event and found her food to be wonderful. When I decided to host a holiday gathering for my team, she was the first person I thought of to contact for catering. She was fantastic to work with, beginning with the menu, dietary restrictions and preparation. She was very responsive, communicative and flexible leading up to the event. The option to have the food delivered (vs. picking up) was extremely helpful and her detailed instructions on what to do for final preparation/set up was clear and easy. Most important, the food was fantastic! Everyone raved about how good everything was, from the salads to the lamb kofta to the desserts. I highly recommend Valerie’s French Kitchen!
