Whether you are a food enthusiast, a novice or an experienced cook – you have come to the right place! As a native of France, I am delighted to share my culture by introducing you to homemade, delicious and healthy French cooking. Together, we will explore how you can bring many flavorful classics – such as Boeuf Bourguignon, Salmon à la Provençale, Gratin Dauphinois and Ratatouille, to name a few – right to your very own kitchen or to that of someone special in your life.

Exciting news! Valerie’s French Kitchen will be present at the European Christmas Market in St Paul. We will have our own chalet and will be offering comforting French Classic treats to keep you warm and satisfied! The Market opens on Friday, November 24, 2023 and runs Friday-Sunday until Sunday, December 17, 2023.

I have been incredibly lucky to experience some of the most amazing food, as I have lived and worked around the world. And I am grateful for the opportunity to share it with you.
I use seasonal, locally available ingredients to recreate the family recipes that I grew up with.
My food is simple, healthy and tasty. My cooking methods aim to bring out the full flavor of the ingredients.
We feast with our eyes, much before we taste with our taste buds. And so, I present my food to entice all your senses.
