Valerie created an elegant and delicious multi-course meal for our wedding celebration. She worked with us to craft a menu that fit our unique tastes and that fit with the pacing of the evening, from passed appetizers to seated dinner to dessert. The food tasted amazing and was all very beautiful as well. I was so happy we worked with Valerie to cater this event – she truly made it a special evening.
