“Valérie cooked a 30 people buffet for me last October (2017). The food was spectacular especially the “pièce montée” (Croque en Bouche) with the different flavored puffs (vanilla, Grand Marnier and chocolate) standing one on each other held together by some caramel. The salmon crêpes were incredibly good. The lamb meatballs on a spiced sauce served on white ceramic spoon were succulent. My guests loved also the mini quiches Lorraine and the small vanilla “crème brûlées”. Valérie also gave me the contact of a very professional waitress. The whole buffet was ready perfectly on time and very nicely arranged on my countertop. Everything was perfect.”
