My birthday gift to my husband this year was an in-house dinner that Valerie Faure cooked. It was a wonderful experience for both of us. She cooked it in our kitchen while we smelled the exquisite aromas. We were served one appetizer in the living room and the rest of the meal in the dining room. Every course with explanation and introduction. It was heavenly!

Valerie is a good communicator, prompt organizer, and an excellent chef.
