Valerie is a delightful instructor and extremely organized. Everyone is involved with hands on preparations. Valerie demonstrated the technique of flambé adding cognac to the chicken stroganoff we were preparing. I have always wanted to learn how to do this safely and now I have confidence after her guidance. Most important to me is that Valerie creates a welcoming experience of learning at all levels. She provides beautiful fresh ingredients and simple delicious menus.
