It was an absolute pleasure working with Valerie to prepare for a 50th birthday party! The party involved a very interactive cooking class to make our delicious dinner. After dinner, a larger group joined us for creme brulee desserts and champagne. Valerie made the entire experience so easy, enjoyable and relaxed! All of the cooking class/dinner guests really appreciated Valerie’s flexibility and easygoing personality. She gets every guest involved and truly makes the experience over the top.
