My fiancé and I were looking for a French caterer for our wedding. After many failed attempts, I found Valerie’s Kitchen. The process was simple, Valerie recommended some dishes that would compliment each other, and we went over the menu and discussed quantity for 100 people. We eventually met and did a taste testing at her kitchen. We loved the food and hired her for our event. Valerie was only supposed to drop off the food on the day of the wedding; however, she stayed with the butlers to help them set up the buffet tables. She made sure the food was warm, placed on our food trays, and attended to the buffet tables until people were done eating. We were so thankful she stayed to help out. Valerie went above and beyond the scope of her duties and we truly are grateful for her hard work.
