“I very much enjoyed the cooking classes put on at Alliance Francaise by Valérie of Valérie ‘s French Kitchen! The menus were always delicious, we never made the same item twice. Her experience and grace in teaching empowered me to try these tasty recipes at home (which I actually have done!). I have taken cooking classes through other venues in the past that were somewhat hands-on, but with Valérie, we did everything! Even more though, Valerie made the classes fun with her wit, charm and banter! I look forward to continuing my French education, both in language and yummy deliciousness!”
